Application of F4-62 anti-corrosion centrifugal fan:

F4-62 anti-corrosion centrifugal fan casing impeller and other materials are made of stainless steel or steel plate (sprayed with epoxy resin) . It is suitable for transporting general acidic corrosive gases that meet the characteristics of the material. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 50 ℃ , and the dust concentration in the gas shall not exceed 150mg/m³.

F4-62 anti-corrosion centrifugal fan structure:

It is mainly composed of casing, air inlet, impeller, transmission group, leak-proof cover, air shield , base and so on.

1) The casing is a volute or polygonal casing made of corrosion - resistant materials

2) The air inlet is welded by corrosion-resistant materials, with a windshield ring

3) The impeller is welded by corrosion-resistant materials as a whole, and consists of 12 backward double -arc veneer blades, wheel cover and wheel disc.

4) The transmission group is composed of bearing box, bearing, main shaft, coupling and so on.

F4-62 anti-corrosion centrifugal fan type:

1. The fan can be made into two forms of right-rotation and left- rotation . Viewed from one end of the motor, the impeller rotates clockwise and is called a right-handed fan, which is represented by "right"; the impeller rotates counterclockwise is called a left-rotary fan, which is represented by "left".

2. Type: Air outlet angle №3~№7 made 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225° №8~№12 made 0°, 45°, 90°, 180°

3. Flow range: 500~59500m³/h

4. Wind pressure range: 196~25774Pa
